A “Pistolet Original” crafted by Valérie Lepla and inspired by the exclusive recipe of Brussels chef Dirk Myny (Les Brigittines), realized and accompanied by Jean Van Roy’s Cantillon beer (La Brasserie Cantillon) – cabbage cooked in Cantillon Gueuze, lightly smoked dry sausage, mild blood sausage. An authentic recipe, totally awesome!
Together, these three Brussels food fanatics join forces and pool their knowhow to propose an original gourmet communication tool in order to represent our ‘Brussels’ and its traditions.
